Double Charges on Gameplus GeForce Now Subscription – No Refund and No Customer Support

Despite having an active Gameplus GeForce Now subscription, I was charged twice. I had changed my package, but the old package kept billing me. I’ve tried to contact customer service, but there’s no phone number, address, or proper contact information available. The support section is filled with irrelevant FAQs, none of which address my issue. I’ve canceled the second subscription, but I still haven’t received a refund for the extra charge. I’m requesting immediate assistance to resolve this and a full refund for the duplicate charge.
