Xbox Game Pass Charging Twice with No Active Subscription Visible
I’ve been charged for Xbox Game Pass for two months, but the subscription doesn’t appear in my order history or account. After the first payment didn’t activate the subscription, I thought it was a technical issue and subscribed again. This time, the account was activated, but now I’m being charged for two subscriptions every month, yet the first one still doesn’t appear anywhere. Neither my Microsoft order history nor my Xbox profile shows the original subscription, and I can’t find anyone to contact for help. The phone support is a frustrating AI that doesn’t understand my issue, and I haven’t been able to reach a real representative. I will escalate this complaint further if it’s not resolved soon.
