Refund and Block Charges

I am filing a complaint regarding an unauthorized deduction from my GCash account by “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited / Hong kong v creation technology.” On October 13, 2026 at around 6:05 a.m., an amount of 699 PHP was deducted from my GCash balance without my knowledge or permission. I did not make any purchase, did not subscribe to any service, and did not link any application or game related to this merchant. This transaction is completely unauthorized. I already contacted GCash support about this incident, but I was informed that I need to raise the issue directly with the customer service of Hong kong v creation technology. Since I have never knowingly dealt with this company, I am very concerned about the security of my account and the possibility of more unauthorized deductions in the future. I request a full refund of the 699 PHP that was taken from my GCash account and the immediate blocking of any present and future transactions from Hong kong v creation technology or any related merchant to my account. I also request that this incident be investigated and that my account be secured against any further unauthorized activity. I am ready to provide any additional information or documents needed to resolve this matter.
