GCash Unauthorized Charge by Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud

On September 12, 2026, an amount of 699 was deducted from my GCash balance for a transaction with “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” without my authorization or consent. I did not subscribe to any service and did not knowingly approve any payment to this company. I contacted GCash regarding this suspicious deduction, but I could not find any contact information or support channel for Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited to question or dispute this transaction. I consider this deduction unauthorized and problematic. I request a full refund of the 699 amount taken from my GCash account and I also want this merchant to be blocked from charging my account in the future. I kindly ask for this issue to be investigated and my money to be returned as soon as possible.
