GCash Unauthorized ₱699 Charge from Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an unauthorized deduction of ₱699.00 from my GCash account by Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited on September 15, 2026. I did not authorize this transaction in any way and I did not knowingly sign up for, purchase, or subscribe to any service related to this merchant. I was not informed that my account would be charged ₱699.00 and I did not give my consent for this payment to be processed. The charge appeared in my GCash transaction history without my knowledge or approval, and I only became aware of it after seeing the deduction. I have a transaction record and a screenshot clearly showing the merchant name Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited, the amount of ₱699.00, and the date of September 15, 2026, which I can provide for your verification and investigation. I request an immediate and full refund of the ₱699.00 deducted from my GCash account. In addition, I ask that this merchant be thoroughly investigated and permanently blocked from making any further charges to my account without my explicit and documented authorization. I also kindly request written confirmation regarding the status of my complaint, the processing of the refund, and the measures taken to prevent any future unauthorized transactions on my GCash account. I expect this matter to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
