Refund and Block Charges
I am filing a complaint regarding an unauthorized deduction from my GCash account by “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technolo...gy Limited / Hong kong v creation technology.” On October 13, 2026 at around 6:05 a.m., an amount of 699 PHP was deducted from my GCash balance without my knowledge or permission.
