GCash Charged ₱699 for an Unauthorized Vcreation Cloud Transaction

On September 22, 2026 at around 12:05 PM, an amount of ₱699 was deducted from my GCash account under the name “Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited” without my knowledge or authorization. I only found out about this when I checked my GCash app and saw the transaction in my history. I did not subscribe to any service, enter into any agreement, or approve any payment to this merchant. There was no OTP or clear consent process presented to me for this deduction, and I was not notified in advance of any charge that would be made under your company’s name. Because of this, I consider the ₱699 deduction an unauthorized transaction. I request that this payment be fully investigated, that the total amount of ₱699 be refunded to my GCash account, and that any future transactions or automatic charges from “Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited” to my account be blocked. I also ask for a clear explanation of how this transaction was processed, on what basis it was charged to me, and what security measures will be taken on your side so that this does not happen again.
