I Want My Money Back ASAP

I am filing a complaint regarding an unauthorized transaction on my GCash wallet. On September 8, 2026 at around 9:21 a.m., an amount of 699 PHP was deducted from my GCash account under the name “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” without my knowledge or consent. I did not subscribe to any service from this merchant, nor did I authorize any payment, subscription, or transaction related to this company. I only became aware of the deduction when I checked my GCash activity, where the transaction appears as a completed payment. The 699 PHP that was deducted was our allowance, which makes this unauthorized charge even more burdensome and urgent to resolve. This transaction is clearly unauthorized, so I respectfully request a full refund of the 699 PHP back to my GCash wallet and a clear explanation of why and how this charge was processed without my permission. I also request that any possible recurring or future charges from this merchant to my account be permanently blocked to prevent this from happening again. I am sharing the screenshot of the said transaction as supporting evidence and I ask that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
