GCash Unauthorized ₱700 Auto Debit by Hong Kong VCREA

I am writing to complain about unauthorized auto debit transactions made through my GCash account in favor of “HONG KONG VCREA.” On October 8 at 12:56 pm, my GCash account was deducted 1.00 PHP without my authorization, and today, October 19 at 8:04 pm, another amount of 699 PHP was deducted as an auto debit payment to HONG KONG VCREA. I did not click any link, did not purchase any subscription, and did not give any consent for these transactions or for any auto debit arrangement. These unauthorized deductions have caused me financial loss and concern about the security of my GCash account. I have not yet contacted GCash customer support, but I am submitting this complaint so that the matter can be formally investigated and resolved. I request a full refund of all amounts deducted in favor of HONG KONG VCREA and a detailed investigation into how these auto debit transactions were allowed without my knowledge or consent. In addition, I ask that my GCash account be permanently closed after the refund and investigation, so that no further unauthorized transactions can occur.
