Hong Kong VCreation Charged My GCash Account Without Consent

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an unauthorized auto‑debit made through my GCash account and to request an immediate full refund of ₱699.00. On September 18, 2026, at 10:03:40 PM, I received an SMS confirming a successful payment of ₱699.00 to the merchant “HONG KONG VCREA (Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited)” with reference number 395715661, processed via my GCash account. I did not authorize this transaction in any way and was not engaged in any purchase or subscription with this merchant at that time. I have no active subscriptions, registrations, or business relationship with “HONG KONG VCREA” or Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited, and I have never knowingly linked my GCash account or payment credentials to this platform. The transaction was completely unapproved and occurred without my consent. I am requesting that GCash urgently investigate this unauthorized debit and issue a full refund of ₱699.00 back to my GCash balance. In addition, I ask that you permanently block and unlink “HONG KONG VCREA” from my GCash account and payment credentials to prevent any further unauthorized or automated deductions. I also request that you provide a written update on the status of this dispute, along with a formal case or ticket number, so that I can monitor the progress of the investigation. As supporting evidence, I am providing the original screenshot of the SMS notification that shows the details of the deduction and reference number. I expect this matter to be handled promptly, as this situation has caused me concern regarding the security of my GCash account. I look forward to your immediate action and response.
