GCash ₱699 Auto-Debit to Hong Kong VCreation Still Unresolved After Refund Request

I am filing a complaint regarding an unauthorized auto‑debit of ₱699 from my GCash account to “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited” and my unresolved request for a refund. On September 18, 2026 at 9:05 AM, an amount of ₱699 was deducted from my GCash with Merchant Transaction Number AD2100752934 626082816 and Reference Number 498311417. I did not authorize this payment or subscribe to any service from this merchant, and I have no knowledge of agreeing to any recurring or one‑time charge to them. After noticing the deduction, I contacted GCash support through the main chat link and clearly requested an investigation and a full refund of the ₱699, as well as the blocking of any further automatic charges to this merchant. Despite this, my refund request has not yet been properly processed or resolved. I am formally requesting that GCash urgently approve and complete the refund of the ₱699 to my GCash balance, investigate how this unauthorized transaction was allowed, and ensure that no similar auto‑debits to Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited will occur in the future. I expect a prompt and clear response confirming that the refund has been issued and the auto‑debit has been permanently stopped.
