Hong Kong VCreation Scam

I am writing regarding an unauthorized deduction of ₱699 from my GCash account by “Hongkong Vcreation / Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited.” On 10-09-2029, an amount of ₱699 was automatically deducted from my GCash balance under the description “Hongkong Vcreation.” I did not subscribe to any service, app, or product related to this company, and I did not give any authorization or consent for this transaction. I request that GCash investigate this unauthorized deduction, provide a clear explanation of how this transaction was processed without my consent, and issue a full refund of the ₱699 to my GCash account. I also ask that any similar future charges from this merchant be blocked to prevent this from happening again. I expect this matter to be resolved as soon as possible and to be informed of the result of your investigation.
