GCash Unauthorized Payment Dispute

I am writing to report an unauthorized deduction from my GCash account made by HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and to request a full refund of the amount taken. On October 15, 2026 at around 11:01 p.m., an amount of 699.00 pesos was charged to my GCash balance for a payment to HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. I did not make or authorize this purchase in any way, and I have no ongoing subscription or service with this company. This transaction appeared in my GCash transaction history without my knowledge or consent. I have already contacted GCash regarding this issue, but they were not able to resolve my problem, and I still have not received my money back. The 699.00 pesos deducted from my account is the last money I have and is intended for my studies, so this situation is causing me serious stress and difficulty. I kindly request that this unauthorized transaction be investigated urgently and that the full amount of 699.00 pesos be refunded to my GCash account as soon as possible. I also ask that any related unauthorized services or charges connected to this merchant be canceled or blocked so that this does not happen again.
