GCash Charged by Hong Kong VCreation Without Authorization

On September 13, 2026, an amount of ₱699.00 was automatically deducted from my GCash account for a payment to “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited.” I did not subscribe to any service from this merchant, did not authorize this transaction, and did not link any of my accounts or cards to them. I tried to reach the merchant but I have not been able to contact them in any way. Since this transaction is unauthorized, I request that this case be investigated and that the full amount of ₱699.00 be refunded to my GCash account, and that any future charges from this merchant be blocked.
