On September 11, 2026, an amount of 699 was automatically deducted from my GCash account for a transaction under the name “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited.” I did not subscribe to any service or authorize any recurring payment to this company. Since I never gave my consent for this subscription or automatic deduction, I consider this transaction unauthorized. I request a full refund of the 699 amount to my GCash account and that any existing link or subscription between my GCash account and Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited be completely cancelled and unlinked to prevent any future deductions. I kindly ask you to review this situation urgently and process my refund and unlinking as soon as possible.
