Full Refund Request
On September 10, 2026, my GCash account was charged ₱699 by “Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited” as an automatic payment, even though I never subscribed to any of their services or authorized this kind of transaction. I also have no idea what this merchant or supposed service is for, and I did not knowingly agree to any recurring or one-time payment to them. I contacted support, but I was told that the transaction was considered valid, even though I do not see any legitimate subscription on my account that would explain this charge. I strongly disagree with this assessment, because I did not give my consent to this payment and I do not recognize the merchant. I request that this unauthorized ₱699 transaction be fully refunded and that any related automatic payments be blocked so that no further charges can be made without my clear consent. I also ask that my account be checked and secured to ensure this does not happen again.
