As a Gate.io customer, I'm really tired. More than a year ago, I sent a coin called Wrapped Solana to Gate.io from a decentralized exchange. When the coin I sent from the Solana network did not arrive in my wallet, in the reply I opened, I was informed that Wrapped Sol was not supported and that a refund would be made if Wrapped Sol was supported one day. I started the recovery process by paying 100 USDT through the "Token Recovery" option added to the exchange over time. However, since my wallet, which I had previously sent to the exchange, was seized by fraudsters, I requested that this token be returned to a secure address. First they said they would refund only to the sender's address, then they said they could not recover Wrapped Sol. As a result, I must say that Gate.io is far below its competitors in terms of customer communication. The reward of my struggle for a year has not yet been achieved. I reached the officials on Linkedin, I reached the officials on Telegram, I explained my problem to everyone individually, but Gate.io is an exchange that fails to solve the customer's problem.
