Gate.io Transfer Issue: Missing Funds After 10 Days

I deposited a sum of money into Gate.io, purchased two types of coins, and later sold them when their prices dropped significantly. I used the remaining funds to buy new coins and eventually transferred BTC to BTC TR. Despite having all the necessary documentation, including screenshots and deposit receipts, it has been 10 days, and my funds are still missing.
There’s no responsive customer support to resolve the issue, leaving me feeling helpless and frustrated. I expect Gate.io to immediately credit the USDT equivalent of my missing funds or rectify this issue promptly. If unresolved, I may be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities. This situation has severely damaged my trust in the platform.
