I deposited a sum of money into Gate.io, purchased two types of coins, and later sold them when their prices dropped significantly. There’s no responsive customer support to resolve the issue, leaving me feeling helpless and frustrated. I expect Gate.io to immediately credit the USDT equivalent of my missing funds or rectify this issue promptly. If unresolved, I may be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities.
