Gate.io Ton Transfer Memo Code Issue

I transferred Ton coins from my Telegram wallet to my gate.io wallet. There was a section for a memo code, with a warning that it was a precaution against token loss. Since the wallet address was correct, I entered 'gate.io' in the memo section.

My coins did not arrive in my account, despite the wallet address and the coin transfer network being correct. I created a ticket with the gate.io support team and provided the necessary hash ID and screenshots, but they did not resolve my issue.

They asked me to send a small amount of Ton to the same address for verification and to provide a screenshot, which I did, but the team still has not resolved my issue.
