My Gate.io Resolv Tokens Vanished After a Price Jump

I am absolutely outraged with Gate.io! I participated in the presale for Resolv tokens, purchasing a quantity when there was only one contract address on the BNB network. The token then tripled in value, and when I went to sell, the option was gone! My tokens were completely invisible, and I couldn't perform any sell transactions. This is a complete scam.

I immediately contacted customer support, explaining that the sell option wasn't working and my tokens had disappeared from the contract address. The representative vaguely mumbled something about transactions being temporarily halted due to "high risk." A few hours later, I checked again and found the original contract address I used to buy the tokens had been completely reset to zero. To make matters worse, I discovered two different new contract addresses on the BNB network, where the token prices were showing as high.

I reached out to customer support again, but it was useless. I can't even transfer my tokens to another exchange! This entire system is utterly illogical and riddled with problems. Gate.io has effectively stolen my investment by making my tokens disappear and preventing me from selling them when their value increased. This is unacceptable, and I demand immediate action to resolve this blatant issue and return my tokens or compensate me for their value.
