I Lost Funds After Sending Solana to Gate.io and Can’t Reach Support for Help

Before I signed up for Gate.io, I was earning good returns from my crypto investments. But ever since I started using this platform, I’ve only encountered losses and problems. The final straw came when I transferred funds to my Solana address on Gate.io to buy a Web3 coin. Right after I made the transfer, my account vanished—completely disappeared.

Now I can’t access my money, and the situation has become extremely stressful. There’s no response from support, no live help, and no way to reach a real person. It feels like I’ve been abandoned with no answers and no access to the funds I sent in good faith.

I demand immediate action to recover my account and the ₺ equivalent of the money I transferred. Gate.io must take accountability for this and provide real support to resolve this serious issue. I trusted this platform and now feel completely let down.
