Garmin's Lifetime Map Update Promise Is Not Kept

I was given a lifetime map update guarantee for the Garmin Nüvi 1410 navigation device that I purchased in Turkey. However, Garmin's representative in Turkey, Baytekin (https://www.baytekin.com.tr), stopped updating maps as of August 2021 (You will see that the latest map is dated August 2021 at https://www.garmin.com.tr/harita-guncelleme). When I asked Baytekin, they said, "The old Garmin navigation devices are no longer in use due to reasons such as being damaged, broken, thrown away, and shelved. For this reason, no new maps will be published." This answer is unacceptable.
