Garmin Navigation Promised Lifetime Updates but Failed to Deliver
I purchased a Garmin navigation device because it was advertised with lifetime updates. However, after the sale, there is no support or updates provided. It feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers. When I use the device, the maps are completely outdated, often showing roads as fields, making it unreliable for travel.
Hearing the Garmin name now makes me uneasy, as the brand has failed to meet its promises. They are now selling watches, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t trust them even with basic functionality. Garmin, I demand you honor your lifetime update commitment and provide proper support for your products. Customers deserve better reliability and service from a brand like yours.
