Urgent Request Regarding Undelivered Warranty Part From Peugeot

In February 2025, I brought my vehicle to Öztek Peugeot Dealer in Kartal, Istanbul, Turkey, due to a malfunction in the radio and local navigation system. Upon inspection, it was determined that the BSRF unit of the vehicle was not accepting the software update and needed to be replaced under warranty. Although the part was ordered from Peugeot France on May 1, 2025, I have not received any update or resolution as of May 6, 2025, meaning more than 2.5 months have passed. During this time, not only the radio but also other critical functions such as climate control and ambient lighting have stopped working, rendering the vehicle practically unusable. Despite multiple attempts to get support from Peugeot Turkey, no assistance has been provided. I kindly request your urgent intervention to expedite the part supply process and help me make my vehicle operational again. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
