Garena Banned My Free Fire Account and Denied My Appeal

I am writing regarding the permanent ban imposed on my Free Fire account on 26/02/2026. The ban notification states that I was allegedly using third‑party applications, but this is not true in my case, and I believe my account has been unfairly sanctioned. I only downloaded Free Fire from the official Xbox Play Store and have never used any modification tools, scripts, hacks, illegal top‑up sites, or any other third‑party applications with this account. Despite this, my account was banned and when I tried to contact support, I received a message stating that I cannot appeal because of my status, so I have not even been given a chance to properly defend myself or request a manual review. My Free Fire UID is 7936705020. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly re‑checked and the decision reviewed, and that my account be unbanned if no valid evidence of cheating or third‑party tool usage is found. I have always tried to follow the rules and would like to continue playing the game fairly on my existing account. I ask for a clear explanation of the specific reason and evidence behind this ban, and for my account to be restored if it was flagged by mistake.
