I am a Free Fire player, and I play on a Vivo T4x 5G device. My in‑game UID is 9313923830. On 4 January, my Free Fire account was banned, and since that date, I have not been able to access it. I contacted Free Fire customer support, and instead of helping to restore my access, my account was banned. I do not use any hacks, cheats, or illegal methods, and I have always tried to follow the game rules. I believe this ban is unfair and has been applied by mistake.
