I am a Free Fire player and my account with UID 1803513707 has been banned, which I believe is unfair. I was playing on my old phone, a Poco M3, and during my matches I was getting a lot of headshots. After this, my account received a one-week ban in 2023, with a notice that my account would be rechecked for any hack or panel use. I waited for the one-week ban to end, trusting that the review would show that I was not using any hacks, cheats, or illegal tools. However, when I tried to log back into my account after the waiting period, I saw that it had been permanently banned. I have never used any hack, panel, or third-party program, so I do not understand why my account was permanently banned. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly rechecked and that the permanent ban be lifted. I want to regain access to my Free Fire account and continue playing the game fairly.
