Longtime Free Fire User Appeals Ban and Seeks Account Review
I am a long-time Free Fire player on Android, and my account has been banned for about two years. I play on an Infinix Hot 10 Play device. My player name is “zombie,” and my player ID is 3785436362. The ban was imposed around October 21, 2024, and I have not been able to access my account since then.
I respectfully request that my account be reviewed again and that the ban be reconsidered. I have spent several years playing Free Fire and have invested both time and money into this account. It is very important to me because of the progress I made, the purchases I made, and the memories I have in the game.
When the ban happened, I initially believed that a friend who had used my device might have used unauthorized mods or hacks without my knowledge. However, I recently contacted that friend, and he told me that he did not use any hacks on my account. Because of this, I am very confused about the reason for the ban, and I kindly ask for a detailed review and clarification of what actually triggered it.
Since the ban, I have tried contacting Free Fire customer support several times, but I keep receiving the same type of response, and my case does not seem to have been carefully reviewed. I truly want to understand the specific reason for this decision so I can avoid any similar issue in the future.
My hope is that my account will be fully unbanned and that I will be given one more chance to play Free Fire and contribute to a fair gaming environment. I assure you that if my account is restored, I will strictly follow all rules and will not share access to my account or device with anyone again.
I kindly request that you review my account and the ban once more, clearly explain the reason if possible, and give me the opportunity to continue playing fairly.
