Garena Free Fire Double Charge Issue – Paid Twice, Received Only One Purchase


I just made a ₺150 diamond purchase in Garena Free Fire, but I encountered a serious issue. On my first attempt, I got an error message saying "Internet error, purchase could not be completed." So, I exited and retried the purchase, and this time it was accepted.
However, when I checked my bank account, I noticed that I was charged twice—a total of ₺300, even though I only received one set of diamonds in my game account. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for something I didn’t receive, and now my money is missing.
I demand an immediate refund for the extra charge. Please resolve this issue ASAP and ensure this doesn’t happen again!
