Garena Free Fire Charged Without My Consent—I Demand a Full Refund
I recently discovered that my card information was left saved on my Free Fire account, and to my shock, multiple unauthorized transactions were made. A total of ₺2500 was deducted from my account without my knowledge or consent. Worse yet, the system attempted to charge my card several more times even when there were insufficient funds.
I immediately contacted my bank’s customer service, and they advised me to send a written message, which I did. These charges were made without my approval, and I never authorized any of those purchases.
I demand a full refund of the ₺2500 that was wrongly taken from my account. It’s unacceptable for a game platform to store and use payment data this recklessly. Garena, take responsibility and return the funds you withdrew without permission.
