On 04.12.2025, I requested a credit card limit increase via Garanti Bank mobile banking, but my request was rejected. After the rejection, I contacted customer service and they only directed me to the branch, without providing any real support or a clear explanation. I request that my credit card limit increase application be approved and that my situation be re-evaluated in a fair manner.
