I became a member of Garanti Bank through a campaign. Throughout the campaign period, I diligently filled out all the required applications. Unfortunately, when trying to apply for credit using the mobile application, a "transaction could not be completed" warning kept popping up. I reached out to customer service multiple times about this matter. I frequently visited the branch, making multiple trips, including three visits on the same day. Every time, the branch staff kept sending me to customer service, and then customer service sent me back to the bank. Even though my credit has been approved, I can't use it because of the bank's poor communication. Even though I followed all the campaign requirements, I still couldn't access the credit. They are causing a sense of remorse.
