I Could Not Join Garanti BBVA Mobile Campaign Due to SMS Issue

Dear Sir/Madam, I have been trying repeatedly for the past 3–4 days to become a customer through Garanti Bank’s mobile application in order to benefit from the raffle opportunity offered to young individuals who join via the app before July 31. However, when I reach the stage of entering my phone number, the SMS verification code is never delivered to me. Despite multiple attempts, the process cannot be completed due to the missing SMS, and the system then states that I must visit a branch. Yet, if I become a customer by visiting a branch, I will lose the chance to enter the raffle as well as the benefits provided through the referral code given by my friend. Because of this issue, I am unable to benefit from any of the mentioned campaigns or advantages, and I cannot find any direct contact to report the SMS issue. I would like to emphasize that I believe this situation is being done deliberately. In order to avoid losing my rights during the campaign period and to benefit from the related advantages, I kindly request a prompt response and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
