Garanti BBVA Troy Card Installment Issue Left My Payment as Single Transaction
I applied for a Troy card to take part in Garanti Bank's 9-installment campaign for education payments through the BonusFlaş app. I received my card on October 30 and activated the campaign via BonusFlaş on the same day. I made the payment on October 31. Afterward, when I checked the campaigns I participated in, the message "Congratulations, You Won" appeared for the 9-installment campaign. However, the payment was shown as a single transaction. When I contacted customer service, they assured me the installments would reflect within 1-2 days. But after no changes appeared, I called again and was told I was not actually registered in the campaign, so they couldn’t help. The campaign no longer appears under campaigns I joined or missed. I have used Garanti Bank credit cards for years, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue or felt misled as a customer. I expect a prompt resolution to this situation.
