Garanti Bank 0% Interest Loan Nightmare: Application Canceled, Want Money Back!

I registered for Garanti Bank's 0% interest loan offer using their mobile app. I was informed that I had to stop by a branch to confirm my income documents. So, I went to the branch and they told me that my loan application with 0% interest on the mobile app got canceled.
Seems like the mobile app messed up my credit score calculation. I attempted to reapply, but this time the 0% interest choice was not offered.
I reached out to customer service, but they were not very helpful. Bank employees keep saying they'll follow up, but it's just delaying.
Also, I got a credit card on top of everything else while applying. This whole ordeal has really been a pain. I want you to address this problem and give me back my money.
