Poor Product Clarity and GAP's Uncertain Pricing
I received a faulty pair of jeans from GAP, which I bought from Trendyol. The jeans had flaws and defects when they arrived at my address. When I bought the product, it was on sale. But when I told them about the problem, they said they couldn't help me. Even though GAP caused a problem, they didn't give a solution and didn't admit the damage or the higher price. I'm not sure if I can buy the broken product again at the lower price because the price changed and it didn't arrive within two days after the price drop. It's making me feel unsure. Did they lower the price because the product was defective? When thinking about buying the broken product again, we wonder if the lower price is because of the known problems with it and how we can fix this situation.
