Jabra Headphones Warranty Issue: No Support from Despec

I own a pair of Jabra headphones, which recently malfunctioned. Since they were under Despec warranty, I sent the product in for repair or replacement. However, Despec simply told me to contact the seller, claiming they couldn’t assist.
The seller, Trendyol, has been incredibly unhelpful, providing conflicting and incorrect information about the return process. I still haven’t been able to return the product, and I have no idea if I’ll even get a refund. Even if they refund me, the price of the headphones has increased, leaving me unable to repurchase them.
It’s frustrating that neither Jabra nor Despec stands behind their product. I’ve lost hope in resolving this issue and want others to know the lack of support. Please, fix this situation promptly!
