GAP Ignored My Complaint About Pilling Sweatshirt After a Year

I bought a sweatshirt from GAP’s official website, and even though I barely wore it, it has become completely worn out and covered in lint. The fabric pilled very quickly, and GAP offered no help at all.

They told me that since a year had passed, there was nothing they could do, and they didn’t even accept the product for inspection. This is unacceptable for such a well-known brand — you should stand behind your products. Honestly, if I had bought a cheap knock-off from a street market, it probably would have lasted longer.
