Calvin Klein Sweater Pilled and Discolored Although I Followed Washing Instructions
On October 6, 2023, I purchased a sweater from the Ankara Cepa Klein store for ₺3104. Despite being less than 2 months old, the sweater developed pills and discoloration, despite following all washing and usage instructions. Both inside and outside, the product became unusable due to excessive pilling. After hand-washing it only once or twice, I took the deformed sweater back to the store for inspection, but it was rejected and returned without compensation. It's frustrating to spend ₺3104 on a sweater that I can't wear more than twice. These supposedly quality brands fail to support their products. It's baffling whether we should discard high-priced items after just a couple of wears. Unless this complaint is resolved, I won't be shopping from this brand again.
