Despite Product Availability, GAP Cancels Order
On November 26, I purchased a discounted product through the GAP website, intended as a gift, and regularly checked the status of my order. Despite being informed that the product was ready but not yet shipped and that I needed to wait a little longer, my order was canceled on December 2 without any request for a refund from me. Additionally, the product continues to be available for sale on the website. The cancellation of my order, after the end of the discount promotion and after such a long waiting period, was extremely regrettable. Such a situation after a prolonged wait was highly disappointing and leaves an unpleasant impression of the customer experience.
