At my friend's request, I listed his gaming account for sale on GamerMarkt. However, the moment I posted the ad, it was taken down immediately without any explanation. I’ve tried several times, and each time the listing disappears as soon as it goes live.
I contacted live support to figure out what’s going on, but all I get are automated bot replies—no actual human assistance. I can’t get a straight answer about why my listing isn’t being accepted or what I need to change.
It’s extremely frustrating not to be able to communicate with anyone from the platform. If something in my listing violates the rules, I should at least be informed properly. I demand a clear explanation and the ability to post the listing without it being auto-removed every time. GamerMarkt needs to improve its support system and be transparent with its users.
