GamerMarkt Restricted My Account Over a Sale I Know Nothing About
I sold a gaming account on GamerMarkt, and apparently, there was an issue with the sale. Without giving me any proper explanation, the platform restricted my membership. The worst part is—I have no idea what happened. I had already stopped gaming entirely and moved on from this stuff long ago.
I tried reaching out through WhatsApp, but their response time is incredibly slow, and I still haven’t received a clear update. All I did was sell a single account, and now it feels like I’m being punished without even knowing why. This has become a complete headache over something that should’ve been simple.
I demand that GamerMarkt remove the restriction from my account and clearly explain what the problem is. If I’m being held responsible, I have the right to know exactly why. This level of service is unacceptable—fix it now.
