GamerMarkt Blocked My Balance After I Sold an Account and Still Hasn’t Responded
I successfully sold an account on GamerMarkt, but immediately after the transaction, they placed a block on my balance. The money I earned through my own effort is now inaccessible, and I have no idea why. I submitted a support request, but I haven’t received any response.
This is completely unfair. I did everything by the book, completed the sale, and now I can’t even withdraw what’s rightfully mine. If this block isn’t removed soon, I’ll do whatever is necessary to get my money back.
I’m sharing this publicly because users deserve to know how GamerMarkt treats sellers. I demand the immediate release of my blocked balance and a clear explanation for this action. Enough with the silence—fix your system and stop punishing your users without cause.
