Gamermarkt Blocked My Balance—No Support or Explanation
I added funds to Gamermarkt to purchase a Valorant account, but my money was suddenly blocked. I have no idea why my account and funds were restricted, as I didn’t violate any rules.
When I contacted live support, I was only met with automated bot responses, and I couldn’t get a real explanation about what happened. There is no clear reason for this restriction, and I have no idea what to do next.
If my funds are not refunded immediately, I will pursue legal action. Gamermarkt needs to fix this issue, provide proper customer support, and stop blocking users’ money without explanation! I expect a fast resolution to this problem.
