I purchased a Valorant account through Facebook and later decided to sell it on GamerMarkt. However, when I tried to list the account, the platform blocked it, stating it didn't pass their security check. I was never informed about any security flags or restrictions from the original seller, and I had no reason to believe the account was problematic.
Now, despite having done nothing wrong, GamerMarkt is refusing to let me sell the account and has left me stuck with an item I can’t use or resell. I’m being punished for an issue that clearly originated with the previous owner, not me.
I demand that GamerMarkt investigate this properly and remove the restriction so I can proceed with the sale. I should not be held accountable for someone else’s past actions. Resolve this issue quickly—I’ve already wasted enough time.
