Gamepower Felix Mouse Click Stuck During Gaming

I have been using the Gamepower Felix mouse for about a year, but for the past 5–6 months, I have been experiencing a persistent issue with one of the buttons sticking. When I press the button, it sometimes reacts as if it is still being held down, which causes serious problems, especially while gaming and during daily use.

I have not yet sent the product in for warranty service; I am requesting that this issue be resolved directly through this complaint. Due to this ongoing defect, I would like my Gamepower Felix mouse to be replaced with a new one.
