Unapproved Gameplus Subscription Renewal and Payment

Without my consent or prior notice, my subscription was renewed for three more months and the payment was made from my card. Despite reaching out to the support team through the provided link, I have not received any satisfactory response or solution to the issue. As a customer, I expect to be notified before any renewal or payment is made, and to have the option to cancel or opt-out of the subscription. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable and has caused me financial inconvenience. Right away, without any more delay, I am requesting an immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund for the unauthorized payment, I am still trying to be nice to you guys, otherwise, I'll change my tone and the way I react!! If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I urge Turkcell Gameplus to take swift action and prioritize customer satisfaction.
