BetterMe Unauthorized Withdrawals

When I decided to cancel my subscription the same day, it stated that I needed to send an email. I followed the instructions precisely. I thought everything was fine after the first payment deduction. Even after I sent an email to cancel the renewal, they charged me 297 TL without my permission. This unauthorized charge has frustrated me and made me feel betrayed. I took all of the necessary steps to cancel the subscription, but they still deducted the money. I demand that the unauthorized payment be refunded immediately and that this matter be resolved properly. This is an unethical practice, and as a customer, I have the right to manage my subscriptions and payments. I anticipate a prompt response and a complete refund from the service provider.
