I Face Repeat Valorant Ban Issue and Need Riot Games Support to Investigate

I play Valorant on PC, and on October 3, 2025, my account Sarı Bad Boy#04152 was banned for “third-party software use.” However, there were no third-party programs or suspicious updates on my computer, and I had never received any prior warnings. I experienced a similar issue before with my Dabi#ego account, which was also banned without cause — I was never able to recover it, resulting in a significant loss of skins and Valorant Points.
After this recent ban, I tried multiple times to contact Riot Games Support, but I was never connected with an actual representative. Every ticket I submitted received an automated bot reply, and no real assistance was provided.
While there’s no direct monetary loss yet on my Sarı Bad Boy#04152 account, my past experience has left me anxious about this situation. I can confidently say that my account has never used cheats, third-party tools, or violated any rules.
I’m requesting a thorough review of my account and that the ban be lifted immediately. If my account cannot be restored, I at least ask for the hardware ban (motherboard/GPU restriction) on my PC to be removed so I can continue playing fairly.
