Unjust Ban on Metin2 Account for “Bot Usage” – Requesting Reinstatement

My Metin2 accounts registered to my Gmail (f************@gmail.com) were banned on September 30, 2024, due to alleged use of a fishing bot. I have never used any bot program; all my progress and catches are entirely my own effort, achieved through dedicated gameplay day and night.

It’s incredibly frustrating to see my hard work dismissed without reason. I am formally requesting Metin2’s management to review this decision, as I believe the ban was mistakenly applied. Please restore my accounts and recognize the efforts of honest players.
